Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) is excited to announce the launch of its new LEAD Monthly Challenges program. LEAD Monthly Challenges offer a fun new way to explore the different offerings of the LEAD Professional Learning program while earning monthly rewards in the process.

All NC State employees are eligible to participate and complete new challenges each month, which include attending LEAD Learning Events, completing online courses with LinkedIn Learning, and more. Additional information about registering and completing the challenges can be found on the LEAD Monthly Challenges webpage.

LEAD Monthly Challenges will be offered year-round, so be sure to check back for new featured courses, rewards, and other fun activities each month.
