The CALS deadline for the FRPD has been extended to Friday, April 23.

The Faculty Research and Professional Development (FRPD) program is a funding partnership between the Office of Research and Innovation (ORI) and the 10 academic colleges. The primary objective of this program is to provide seed funding to individual investigators to jump-start larger awards and grants from outside agencies. Awards are typically in the $5-6K range and do not include indirect and do not require match. Proposals should be uploaded into PINS and emailed directly to clsandy@ncsu.edu.
