Nvidia, Mark III Systems and NC State Office of Information Technology will host a series of virtual workshops about artificial intelligence and machine learning. Each session will feature industry experts who will use tutorials and hands-on rapid labs to dive into a current trend around Al and machine learning. These sessions are open to anyone who would like to attend. Registration is required, and each session has its own registration form.
Join us for Intro to Deep Learning: An Introduction to Neural Networks. In this session, we’ll cover what is deep learning, how it fits within the AI and machine learning universe, neural networks (including CNNs, LSTMs and GANs) and a typical deep learning project lifecycle.
We’ll cap the session with a 20-minute rapid mini-workshop via Jupyter Notebook. We’ll use an example dataset (CIFAR-10) to train and evaluate a neural network model using Keras for computer vision use cases.
