This course will offer students from several disciplines to learn from NC State and German experts about technologies and practices for improving livestock performance and welfare and mitigating the impact of livestock production on the environment. In addition to visiting farms, companies, and universities in Germany, the students will gain experience in interdisciplinary collaborative research.
