CALS SCIENC Fellow: Students Connecting with International Enterprises in NC
As part of the CALS International SCIENC Fellow Program, students visit agricultural enterprises (government, industry, farms, and non-profits) in Raleigh and RTP to discuss how their global operations impact the local community.
While North Carolina and NC State aim to meet the needs of North Carolinians, there is an undisputable interaction between local and international agriculture, in addition to a bigger mission to address global needs. When a North Carolina based enterprise works globally, there is a local impact and that local impact will be examined through the CALS International SCIENC Fellow Program.
This is a non-credit bearing program. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
