We are the only applied ecology program in the nation. We offer a unique ecological depth and breadth: Our programs are rooted in the natural history of organisms and cover everything from fish management and biogeography to pollinators and aquaculture. We generate knowledge and apply that knowledge.
Students interested in biology or fisheries, wildlife and conservation biology can pursue a doctoral degree, a thesis-based master’s degree, or a non-thesis master’s degree. For students and professionals who seek advanced knowledge in environmental management, we offer flexible, online master’s degree and certificate programs in environmental assessment.
