Alyssa Degreenia

Bio

Alyssa graduated from North Carolina State University with her Bachelor’s degree in May 2014 in Agricultural Science, her Master’s degree in May 2016 in Agricultural Extension and Education, and her Doctoral degree in May 2018 in Agricultural Extension and Education with an emphasis in Agricultural Leadership. During her time in the graduate program, she started working in the Agricultural Institute where she found her passion for educating students in the agricultural industry. Alyssa currently teaches Agricultural Operations, Professional Development, Enhancing Academic Success, and Trends and Culture in the Agricultural Industry. In addition, she developed and oversees the AGI Internship program, AGI Ambassadors, and AGI Agricultural Operations Certificate. In 2021, Alyssa also began serving as the Agricultural Assistant Director.
