Kim Eshleman is a Special Projects Manager with the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences at NC State University and serves as Faith Community Liaison for the Faithful Families Thriving Communities through the Steps to Health program. In her role at NC State, she has had the opportunity to work on several different research and community outreach projects related to food, nutrition and health, and she has a deep interest and passion for work that will help to build and support healthy and thriving families and communities. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Education and Human Sciences at NC State University.
