Catherine Sander

Bio

Catherine Sander is a  Research Specialist with NC State’s Agricultural and Human Sciences department. In this department, she is a member of the Safe Plates Program. She is also a graduate student working towards a masters of science in food science with a concentration in food safety at NC State.
