Bio

Madison Aloia grew up in Comfort, North Carolina where she found her passion for agriculture. She graduated with High Honors in Associates in both Science and Art from Lenoir Community College in May of 2022 and as Valedictorian from Jones Senior High School in June of 2022. Madison then came to NC State for an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2024. During her undergraduate program she completed various internships with the National Association of Wheat Growers, NC Cooperative Extension, and AHS Communications. She also had the opportunity to work with the NC Chamber of Commerce on the NC Ag Leads Project.

In addition, Madison was involved with several organizations on campus including Sigma Alpha Professional Agricultural Sorority, Collegiate Young Farmers & Ranchers, and the Agricultural Communications Program at NC State. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Agricultural Education and Extension with a focus in Leadership. She is involved with assisting in advising the Agricultural Communications Program at NC State and the FFA Alumni and Supporters (formerly AEE Club) alongside her role as a teaching and research graduate assistant. Madison is also an active Caldwell Fellow and currently serves as their Communications Team Lead. After graduation she hopes to work in a university setting or with other groups doing agricultural communications.
