Bio
Tony joined the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences in 2012 as the Data Analyst for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and in 2020, joined the SNAP-Ed Steps to Health team. His main responsibilities include data management and preparing state and federal reports for both federal nutrition education programs and developing systems that improve programming efficiency. He also provides records management training for new EFNEP educators.
He currently serves on the national EFNEP Web-based Nutrition Education Evaluation and Reporting System (WebNEERS) subcommittee as well as the EFNEP Technology Policy workgroup.
Prior to working at NC State, Tony was an extension agent for 5 years and then served as the Interim Extension Director for 2 years at Northern Marianas College, located in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
