NC State’s campus became a meat-lover’s dream during the annual North Carolina 4-H Congress outdoor cookery competition. Young people from all over the state descended on the Court of North Carolina in July to grill everything from pork kebabs to beef sliders, vying to win top prizes. Check out our video to hear from the “pros” before you fire up your grill this tailgate season!
