In September, CALS Business Operations (CBO) launched a series of 13 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the intent of providing faculty and staff throughout the college clarity on CALS business processes and their respective role in them. As part of the launch, faculty and staff were asked to take some time to review the SOPs and provide any feedback or questions.

Based on the feedback received, revisions have been made to several SOPs and the updated versions have been posted to the CBO SOP webpage. Review and revisions of SOPs will be made annually or on an as-needed basis, and additional SOPs will continue to be added as we identify business areas with a needed focus on clarity of processes. Additionally, short introductory videos describing the purpose of each SOP are being added to the webpage as well. Your feedback and engagement in this process have been much appreciated.
