Agricultural Leadership Learning Institute for Faculty:
The 2019 Fall Agricultural Leadership Learning Institute (ALLI) for Faculty is currently accepting applications until 5 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2020.
The cohort is limited to 16 faculty, and faculty will be notified by April 30, 2020 of the status of their application. The eight 2-hour sessions for the 2020 fall cohort will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays (September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; October 14, 21, 28).
The ALLI (“ally”) program is open to faculty who are interested in building and strengthening their professional and leadership development skills. Meetings will take place on eight Tuesdays during the 2019 Fall semester from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The cohort is limited to 16 faculty. The program involves self-assessments, interactive discussions and training that will focus on topics such as leadership styles, teamwork, time management, communication styles, conflict resolution, and organizational health.
