What does the future of Extension need to look like? What should our priorities be, and how do we position ourselves for long-term success? These are core questions behind our strategic planning initiative, which is taking place in conjunction with the university and CALS strategic plans.

Through a series of listening sessions and other interactions with faculty, staff, students, stakeholders, alumni and friends, Extension will develop an understanding of where we are today, along with a vision for where we want to be in the future.

Extension will be holding in-person meetings this spring in each of our five districts across the state, as well as this campus meeting. Extension employee attendance is expected in at least one meeting.
