Protein shakes and smoothies can be a great addition to your dietary regimen, but when is the best time to use them?

Sign-up for this mini-presentation and cooking demonstration sponsored by OSHR Wellness and LifeStyle Medical Center. Katie Godin, RD, LDN is excited to help guide you through the ins and outs of protein powders, shakes and smoothies by helping you understand the best times to use them and some creative ways to do so! After her brief presentation, she will show you how to make a smoothie bowl (Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl) and her go-to Protein Shake (Chocolate/Banana/Peanut Butter), as well as some other creative ways to use protein powders.

The recipes and presentation will be shared with all those that sign up for the event.
