The 54th annual Blackland Farm Managers Tour will be held on Wednesday, August 7th in Washington County. For the first time in ten years, the event will be hosted by Tidewater Research Station. (207 Research Station Rd., Plymouth NC 27962) Registration will begin at 7 a.m. and the wagons will depart from the station at 8:30 a.m. A sponsored breakfast and lunch will be provided.
NC State Extension Specialists will speak on the latest research in corn and soybean production, as well as insect, disease, weed, and water management. Pesticide and CCA Credits will be available.

- 8 – 8:25 a.m. – Welcome & Announcements
- 8:30 a.m. – Wagons Depart from the Station
- 8:40 – 9:25 a.m. – Presentations

- 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. – Presentations
- 11:25 – 12:10 a.m. – Presentations
- 12:15 – 2 p.m. – Lunch & Vendor Fair
