Extension professionals are tasked with serving all members of their community. But engaging diverse audiences is not without its challenges, particularly in today’s polarizing social and political climate. In this dynamic session, participants will learn from a panel of Extension professionals across North Carolina as they share the successes and challenges they have faced in broadening the scope of their Extension programs. Following the panel, participants will have time to ask questions and engage in a series of reflection activities to determine opportunities for growth and possibilities for further engagement.
