State University’s Plant Disease and Insect Clinic one of the state’s most important pest-identification resources. The clinic has been helping Cooperative Extension agents as well as others accurately diagnose pests for more than 60 years. The clinic not only helps farmers identify and manage pest problems, it also serves those in the turfgrass, nursery and landscape industries, as well as members of the public who encounter pest problems in their homes and gardens.
