Save the Date: CALS Town Hall – Nov. 17

Japanese Maple near the Belltower on North Campus off Hillsborough Street.

Join the CALS community on Nov. 17 at 8:30 a.m. for the next CALS Town Hall.

Dean Garey Fox will lead the keynote discussion with a look at the college’s Stop Light Chart. Over the course of his first 90 days, Dean Fox has actively engaged with faculty and staff, with a goal of learning what you consider to be “green,” “yellow” and “red” aspects of our college. Your feedback has played a vital role in shaping his understanding of our strengths and the areas that need further attention.

Now, Dean Fox is eager to share insights from this feedback and highlight the strengths, opportunities and areas of improvement he has identified as a result.

Academic updates as well as the latest news from CALS research and NC State Extension will also be shared during the town hall. Following the dean’s talk, there will be time for questions and answers with CALS leaders. If you have questions for the CALS administrative team, please share them in advance via this form.

The session will be recorded and shared on YouTube.
