Building with interesting architecture

Join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (CALS ODI) for Conversations that Matter: Learn at Lunch Series on Thursday, February 27 at noon in 201 Witherspoon Student Center.

This semester we’re focusing on Diversity and Inclusion in the world of agriculture and life sciences. During our February session, we will discuss Food Insecurity: Why Diversity and Inclusion Matters. As the series progresses, we’ll explore other diversity and inclusion issues that are important to agriculture and life science and how those issues relate to solving global challenges that all humans face.

Seats for each session are limited and go fast, so register as soon as possible.

This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy lunch provided by the CALS ODI and to network with colleagues and peers in the University Community, in a safe space.  In this environment, the college community, as a whole, can explore different dimensions of diversity and gain skills we can all use in the workplace and classroom.

These outcomes will help to foster a more inclusive and welcoming university environment. Each of these interactive shared lunch sessions will highlight a different area of diversity, followed by engaging discussions in which participants are encouraged to ask questions, share examples, and provide insights related to the topic.
