Are You Media Ready?

Top researchers can find it challenging to explain their work to non-scientists. But knowing how to communicate clearly can provide an advantage, whether it’s one-on-one with a potential funder or while answering questions during a media interview.

Ready to earn your communication “seal of approval”? News Services will offer a series of lunch-time workshops this fall to help you sharpen your communication skills.

Complete the series, and we’ll note that you’re media-ready in our experts guide, along with sharing your accomplishment with leaders in your college.

Workshops are free but participants must register as workshop size is limited to allow time for practice and feedback during the sessions. Need a different time slot? Let us know so we can arrange future training sessions.
