Life moves at a hectic pace, and sometimes that stress can be too much. Personal issues, planning for life events or simply managing daily life can affect your work, health and family.

But you don’t have to navigate those things alone. The NC State University Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FASAP) provides support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues. FASAP is university-sponsored, confidential and provided at no charge to you and your dependents.
