The CALS Leadership office is offering a free ‘Individual to Leadership (i2L)’ program for non-faculty supervisors and managers with the goals of providing:
- Self-assessments to build self-awareness which will lead participants to a better understanding of self and others;
- Sessions that focus on leadership styles and tools, communication, team building and effective engagement of employees; and
- Interactive workshops that require both in-session and between session work to build, hone and strengthen leadership skills so that participants become successful leaders within their respective units, the College and the University.
Each of the 2022 SPRING i2L sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on the following Mondays:
January 24 and 31; February 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Registration closes on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 5 p.m. The cohort is limited to 16 participants, and those who apply will be notified of their acceptance by November 15, 2021.
