CALS Faculty and Staff,

In response to yesterday’s announcement that the federal government will be ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, Chancellor Woodson provided a statement to NC State students, faculty and staff that can be found here.

CALS Administration echoes these remarks, and although many questions surrounding this decision and the potential response from the US Congress remain, let it be known that we support and value all of our students.

All CALS students make valuable contributions that enrich our college and our capacity to solve grand challenges.

If you would like to discuss concerns relating to our students, please connect with Dr. Graves with the CALS Office of Diversity and Inclusion at akgraves@ncsu.edu or the University’s Division of Academic and Student Affairs.
