This Research Pack Abroad summer research opportunity will provide students the opportunity to sharpen their research skills in all areas of agricultural research.
Summer 2027
You will be matched with host faculty at University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest in Bucharest, Romania depending on your research background and interest. You will conduct laboratory and/or field research with faculty and international researchers onsite in Bucharest, Romania. Experience a full-cultural immersion during your internship working alongside top-ranked European researchers and living independently in the largest city of Romania. USAMV is located in the heart of this bustling city, which you are free to explore on the weekends and evenings.
USAMV faculty can host student researchers in the following topics:

- Study Abroad Scholarships Application Deadline

- Application Deadline: Rolling admissions through December 12, 2025
Cost
- Students cover the cost of their airfare, housing in Romania and food directly
- USAMV has on campus dorms
- Students register their participation through Study Abroad Independent Study/Research Abroad
- $75 non-refundable application fee
- $150 Study Abroad Fee
