Research and Extension Interests

Provide training and leadership to county agents in the Coastal Plain region of North Carolina.
Develop extension and research programs related to climate smart soil management strategies.
Tillage strategies for corn, soybean, and wheat for the Blacklands.
Working on issues and strategies related to soil health, carbon sequestration, and saltwater intrusion.
Regenerative agriculture practices for higher yield return and optimum soil health.
Soil management trainings.
