Abby Haselton Awarded First Place in Poster Competition at IECA Annual Conference

“Wildflower Growth Response to Construction Site Soil Conditions”

MS student Abby Haselton’s poster, “Wildflower Growth Response to Construction Site Soil Conditions” won first prize in the poster competition at the International Erosion Control Association’s Annual Conference in Long Beach in February.

IECA poster presentations promote the exchange of scientific and technical information within the industry and are presented by students and young professionals. Congratulations to this year’s first place winner, Abby Haselton! Abby attended the IECA Conference with PhD student Shaddy Alshraah. Their advisors are Rich McLaughlin and Josh Heitman.
