Applied Ecology in Microbial Art Exhibition

Applied Ecology Professor Rob Dunn recently consulted on a microbial art exhibition with artists Baum & Leahy.  The immersive exhibit, Host, is described as “a gut reaction to the loss of biodiversity within domestic, indoor ecosystems.  This slow, soft, moist and messy antidote to over-sanitized insanity invites you to feel at home with the presence of your microscopic housemates.”

Host was on display at Elephant West in London, UK, capped off with a day of Microbial Meditation.
