The Prestage Department of Poultry Science is pleased to announce that Dr. Michael Joseph will be joining the department on January 2, 2019 as an extrusion and valued-added faculty member. Dr. Joseph will have a 60/20/20 split between Extension/Teaching/Research. Look for an interview to introduce Dr. Joseph in January!
