NC State Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) recently announced several professional development opportunities available for NC State faculty and staff during the 2024-25 academic year. Check out the Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) opportunities below.
New LEAD Certificate Program
Level Up With LEAD is L&OD’s newest and most dynamic leadership development experience. This comprehensive certificate-earning program offers three distinct learning levels and chances to earn badges and win prizes. The more you learn, the more skills and rewards you can earn.
The curriculum for each level of the program consists of five instructor-led courses, two leadership-related webinars and a curated selection of LinkedIn Learning courses. You can choose to complete the level that best suits your goals or complete all three to level up your leadership potential. Learn more about the program and register.
LEAD Courses
You don’t have to participate in the certificate program to take LEAD courses. You can take any of the classes on the LEAD course list to grow professionally and strengthen your leadership potential. When you click the course you are interested in taking, you’ll be directed to the registration page for that course. A few of the upcoming courses are below:
