Are you a non-faculty (SHRA or EHRA) manager or supervisor in CALS interested in developing your leadership skills? Or would you like to learn leadership skills to help you become more prepared for a leadership role in the future?

The CALS Leadership Office plans to offer a new Individual to Leadership Development (i2L) program for non-faculty employees (EHRA and SHRA) in the latter part of the 2019 spring semester/early summer. The i2L program cohort will meet for 6 to 8 sessions, and the program will also involve self-assessments as well as individual coaching. Interested participants must commit to attending all of the sessions and to fulfilling all program requirements.
