Jessica Williams Joins the AHS Team

Jessica Williams is the new Agriculture and Human Sciences (AHS) graduate certificate coordinator and communications specialist. Jessica is a graduate of our Family Life and Youth Development Masters program (the inaugural class!) and has over 12 years of experience in youth, family, and community programming. She comes to us from Johnston County Industries, where she was most recently the program coordinator overseeing an expansive internship and workforce development program, managing grants, advising interns/clients, and partnering with local organizations to increase internship and professional development opportunities for young people.

Jessica is from Pembroke, NC but currently lives in Knightdale and is a member of the Lumbee Tribe. Jessica and her husband Robbie have three boys (David, Dylan and Dakota). Jessica will be overseeing the YFCS certificate programs, managing communications for the department, and working with our graduate studies committee to enhance and expand our YFCS internship class.
