Please see this memo from the Office of Research and Innovation (ORI) that provides updated guidelines for visitors to research spaces.
Please also note that there are additional CALS specific guidelines for visitors at Research Stations and Field Labs.If the external visitor to research spaces (on- or off-campus) meets the parameters outlined by the ORI, pre-approval will be required through ORI’s special research exception form.
In addition, for Research Stations and Field Labs, CALS will require pre-approval through an off-campus exemption request for ALL external visitors, regardless of circumstances.
