Enjoy a farm-fresh supper highlighting seasonal, sustainably-grown farm produce at the NC State Agroecology Education Farm’s second annual On-Farm Dinner. The event will also feature live music, self-guided farm tours and dedication of a new post-harvest teaching pavilion.
NC State-brewed beer will be on tap, and appetizers will be served before a family-style meal prepared by NC State Chef Adam Smith and special guest chefs. The rain-or-shine fund-raising event takes place from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 7, and tickets are available now.
Sign up before Sept. 23 to get the early-bird rate of $80 per plate. After that, tickets will be $100. If seats are still available, the at-the-door price will be $125 per plate.
