Academic Programs is excited to welcome Karis Haigler Perry to the team as the recruitment coordinator for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Perry will work as an admissions counselor through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions while reading CALS undergraduate applicants, traveling and recruiting for CALS and NC State, assisting prospective students through the application process, focusing on first-generation and underrepresented prospective student support and more.
Perry graduated with an animal science concentration from the CALS agricultural education program. She joins us from Oberlin Magnet Middle School as the animal and plant sciences agriculture teacher. As a CALS undergraduate, she was a teaching assistant, office assistant and camp counselor for the Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders.
