Eat Smart, Move More, Prevent Diabetes is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recognized, diabetes prevention program based on strategies proven to prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes. Pay $30 at the start of the program and upon completion of the program, you'll receive a full refund.
