Spaces for the 2018 Opening Doors Retreat have recently opened up. Opening Doors is a free 3-day overnight diversity competency retreat, set to take place from Wednesday, September 12th through Friday September 14th.

The retreat is co-sponsored by the University’s Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, and is open to all NC State University employees.

The format of this retreat provides for open discussion, self-examination and an objective analysis of our social system as well as a constructive means to bridging differences through understanding personal responsibility. As a result, participants develop constructive methods of creating welcoming and inclusive environments.
