Campus Reactivation and Covid-19 Signage

Wolf sculpture on central campus.

As the university continues to plan for campus reactivation, read on for information relating to internal and external communications.

In line with Regulation 04.00.01, all COVID-19 campus reactivation, fall and related internal and external communications, signage and other postings need to be approved by University Communications until further notice. This process is intended to help ensure campus-wide, strategic collaboration and coordination with the leadership planning process, as well as to help UComm better understand how we can best support campus efforts.

Please send any questions or materials for review to ucomm-review@ncsu.edu and we’ll make sure to get them to the right reviewers and provide a timely response. This is also the address to send requests for other reactivation materials.

Communication units from across campus have already created a “Protect the Pack” health reminder and wayfinding signage, as well as templates for signs, Billboard slides, social media posts and other communications. All of these resources, available for campus use, can be downloaded from the COVID-19 Response site and are also available for print-on-demand orders from Wolf Xpress. Over the next several days and weeks, we’ll be revamping the download/toolkit site and adding to the materials based on your feedback.

Thank you for sharing this information along, and please let me know if you have questions.
