Greg Schaeffer, new superintendent of Butner Beef Cattle Field Lab and Umstead Research Station
Greg Shaeffer, superintendent of the Butner Beef Cattle Field Lab has taken on responsibility for the management of Umstead Research Station.
Greg is now superintendent of both sites and will be administering research, extension and teaching programs in support of the CALS and NCDA mission. We appreciate Greg’s willingness to take on these additional responsibilities.
