Faculty and staff are invited to attend CALS Community Day on Sept. 20 to celebrate the start of the academic year.

Join Dean Garey Fox from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for the CALS Community Forum in Talley Student Union, Room 3285. A Zoom option will also be available for those who would like to attend virtually. This is a great opportunity to hear directly from the dean and other CALS leaders about important updates and future plans for the college.

After the forum, the CALS Red and White Block Party outside Weaver Labs will offer faculty and staff the opportunity to enjoy good food and fellowship. Each registered attendee will receive tickets for an entree, drink and sweet treat from one of five featured food trucks. The Block Party, which runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., will also include lawn games, Howling Cow ice cream and a special appearance by Mr. and Mrs. Wuf. Registration is required in order to receive a ticket for food. The deadline to register is Sept. 18 at 5 p.m.
