Work on sustainability covers a wide range of topics such as:

Food waste – Kathryn Boys and Kelly Zering are involved in projects analyzing food waste and ways to reduce it and create value from it. Some of these projects are in collaboration with the Center for Environmental Farming Systems and the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences.
