Ted Feitshans attended the NC Bar Association Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Law Section Council meeting on Thursday, May 10, in Asheville. At that meeting, he presented the report of the Agriculture and Agribusiness Law Committee. The Council meeting was held in conjunction with the May 10 – 12 Annual Meeting of the Energy and Natural Resources Law Section. For the first time the Annual Meeting was conducted jointly with the Sections counterparts from South Carolina and Georgia.
