Internships

A benefit of the value-added Agricultural Business Management undergraduate degree

Agricultural Business Management internships are designed to provide students with resume-building work experiences in preparation for graduation.

We work closely with our majors and business partners to make internships available for all students. Most internships take place during the summer, but some students complete their internships during the school year. Some internships are approved for college credit toward the Agricultural Business Management degree and many internships lead to a job offer.

Pre-approved Internships

Our students who complete internships with the companies listed below will receive college credit for their work experiences because the internships have been pre-approved. Internships with other companies that have not been pre-approved will have to go through the approval process before college credit is given.

Host an Intern

Agribusinesses who would like to host an ARE student intern can have their internships pre-approved.  Pre-approved internships are much easier for our department to promote to students and businesses who have their internships pre-approved for college credit report that they receive far more applications than those that do not.
