Lisa Metzger is a recipient of the CALS Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award! Lisa is a Microbiology doctoral student conducting research in the laboratory of Dr. Michael Sikes. She was recently selected for her excellence in teaching in the microbiology undergraduate curriculum, her well-honed teaching portfolio and the great reviews she receives from her students and the course professors. Lisa also teaches in the summer NIFA REEU program BeeMORE: Bees and Microbes in Organized Research and Extension.
