Rod M. Rejesus, ARE Professor and Extension Specialist, wrote a document that briefly describes recommended actions for hurricane-affected farmers that have crop insurance coverage. These recommendations are meant to facilitate the claims process, allow affected insureds to get their indemnities in a timely manner, and expedite recovery.
