Vivian Chen earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition science and a minor in business administration from NC State. She coordinates the Spend a Day at State<\/a> visitation program, tables at career and college fairs and manages CALS student data. Chen plans to pursue a master’s in higher education to follow her passion of working in the higher ed environment.<\/p>\n
