Spring 2026 applications will open on October 20th, 2025 and close on August 11th, 2025. <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The mandatory, in-person Orientation for selected applicants will be Monday (time &amp; date TBA) at CVM LAR.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program has 2 internship opportunities per year: spring and fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Eligibility Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Academic Standing- Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Non-Degree Seeking (NDS) students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coursework- BIO 181 and BIO 183 are required.&nbsp; ZO 250 or ANS 205 is preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum GPA of 3.30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Applications must be submitted via the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/edHYGweby6NPJdJy5\">Internship Application Form<\/a> with the following attachments:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Letter of Intent including your strengths and what you hope to gain from the internship (1 page in length)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current resume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tentative class schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unofficial copy of your most recent transcript (transfer students must provide copies of their NCSU transcript and unofficial transcripts from all previous institutions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students will be contacted and interviews scheduled prior to final selection. Students accepted into this program will be required to make a semester long commitment to the internship in order to receive their certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>**Applicants applying to VetPAC Internships during the same cycle may only participate in one VetPAC Internship (per semester). Therefore, if an applicant applies to 2 internships during the same cycle and are selected as an intern for each internship, the applicant CANNOT participate in both and must choose one**<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ncst-big-fact has-gray-800-background-color\"><div class=\"big-fact__container\"><h2 class=\"big-fact__heading\">Summer and Fall Applications are CLOSED.
