The Processing and Products Academy (PPA) workshop will include topics on primary, secondary, further processing, meat chemistry, meat quality and defects, process improvement, products, and safety for 1 days. This short-course will also include hands-on activities for 1.5 days at the Processing Plant in the Chicken Education Unit on Lake Wheeler Road and\/or the Meat Lab at Schaub Hall on campus.<\/p>\n
