Priority is given to programs connected to N.C. PSI, plant sciences, or agriculture. Resources to ensure a successful event\u2014including videos, packets, photos, and floor plans\u2014are available on this website and in our <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1z7tfVfTjgpzc-HYxYd24hNQ0pluI5JiI\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Event Packet<\/strong><\/a>. This confirmation is the final opportunity to make major adjustments. Any major adjustments made after Final Confirmation may be subject to additional fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Day-of Event Support:<\/strong> A staff member will meet you on-site to ensure all requirements are met and officially hand over the room. An AV technician will be available as a day-of resource to troubleshoot from their office near the event space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental Rates (2025-2026)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rental fees are a flat rate per day and include the room, furniture set up, all in room A\/V, and an onsite A\/V tech for the day of your event.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>*Please note that our after-hours fee has been updated to $250 for all new reservations as of December 5, 2025. A combination of rooms can be opened up to form one large area or can be used as separate spaces with flexible setup configurations. Podiums, large flat screen TVs for presentations, microphones , and on-site A\/V support can be provided in these seminar rooms upon request. The NC&#160;State permit zones around the PSB are free during all other times. There is a pay lot located at 851 Partners Way, directly across the street from the PSB.
